I have been working with authors and publishing houses since 2010, designing covers, book interiors, websites and all sorts of promotional materials. I work under the company name Amygdala Design. The Amygdala is a region in the brain assosiated with emotional processes (which in my opinion is very much involved in a good design process). In addition to design, I also have a background in Biomedical Science and Psychology with special interest in the brain. I mainly work from Oslo, Norway, where I live with my husband. But I also love to travel and luckily my job can be done anywhere in the world as long as I have access to internet and my laptop!
